Q.06Do I have to sign a contract?
Not for domestic cleaning. Regular home cleans run on a standing schedule you can pause, move or stop — we ask for more than 72 hours' notice, as cancellations inside that window are charged in full because the cleaner's day is already committed.
Commercial work is contracted, because cover, staffing and consumables all have to be planned around your building.
Q.07Do I need to be in while you clean?
No. Plenty of households arrange key access or a smart lock and come home to a finished house, and most commercial cleaning happens outside working hours entirely.
