Covering holidays and sickness across our contracts. Shifts offered as they come up, so it suits anybody who wants work without a fixed weekly commitment.

Q.01Do I need cleaning experience?
Not for these roles. We train you from day one, with a full induction before you are on a site by yourself.
Some of our commercial and domestic teams do ask for previous professional experience, but the school and cover roles on this page do not.
Q.02Do I need a CV?
No. The form asks for your details, your availability and what kind of work you want, and that is enough for us to ring you. It takes about two minutes on a phone.
Q.03Do I need a DBS check?
School roles need an enhanced DBS check. We arrange it with you before your first shift and talk you through the process when we get in touch. The certificate is yours to keep afterwards.
If you already hold a current enhanced DBS, tell us on the form and it may save time.
Q.04What hours would I be working?
Most of our work sits either side of the working day: roughly 6am to 8am, and 3pm to 6pm. School roles are the afternoon window, term time only, Monday to Friday.
Mobile cleaning runs longer hours with overtime available, and cover shifts are offered as they come up.
Q.05What happens in the school holidays?
Term-time roles are exactly that. You are off when the school is. Plenty of people take extra hours on our holiday deep cleans or on cover work if they want them, but there is no obligation.
Q.06Am I employed, or self-employed?
Employed. Every cleaner in this company is on our payroll with a contract. We use no agencies.
Q.07Is there anywhere to go after cleaning?
Yes. Mobile Cleaning Supervisor and Operations Manager roles, and our supervisors came up through the teams, not hired over them. Say so at interview if that is what you are after.
Q.08Whereabouts would I be working?
Across Sheffield and South Yorkshire. We try to place people close to home, because a cleaner with a twenty-minute commute stays and a cleaner with an hour's does not.
