All employees have a copy of our Health and Safety policy which they are required to read and understand and extend any questions to us at any time. It is made clear that they have a legal responsibility to strictly observe all company policy to ensure the safety of themselves, their colleagues and our clients.

We take safety seriously

Conscious efforts are made by our recruitment team to find local hires for each site so that walking, cycling or taking public transport are appealing ways for our staff to commute. Our attempts to reduce emissions include ensuring that our mobile cleaning staff are teamed together with a minimum of two employees per vehicle.

Our investments in digital technology have vastly improved communications with staff and external consultants. We have also adopted the use of online conferencing wherever possible to reduce unnecessary trips, to further decrease carbon emissions.
