Q.01My town is not on the list. Can you still cover it?
Often, yes — the list is where we have contracts running today rather than a boundary. What decides it is whether we can recruit and supervise a reliable team within sensible travel of the building.
We would rather say no at the enquiry stage than take a contract we cannot staff properly, so you will get a straight answer.
Q.02Do you charge more the further out we are?
The price comes from the building — the hours, the areas and the standard — not from a mileage calculation. Where distance genuinely affects how a contract has to be staffed or supervised, that is discussed at the proposal stage rather than added later as a variation.
Q.03Can you cover several sites across different counties?
Yes, and it is one of the better reasons to use us. Each site is specified and staffed separately, but you get one contract, one point of contact and one invoice across all of them — with the same audit process everywhere, so standards do not quietly diverge between locations.
Q.04How are sites away from Sheffield supervised?
By the same full-time mobile supervisors, working regional routes rather than sitting in one city. Attendance is GPS-verified everywhere, audits are recorded against the written specification, and relief cover is arranged from the local team rather than driven across three counties.
