Phone and email are answered by the office team who schedule the cleaners, not a ticket queue. If you are a customer, the person you speak to can see your booking.
No quote calls, no home visits
Every domestic price is on the booking form, and the calendar shows our current availability. Phoning to ask for a price gets you pointed at the form. Kindly, but it is faster for everyone.

The NowThen guarantee runs from the clean: report anything not right within 48 hours, with photos if you can, and we would far sooner send someone back to put it right than argue about it.

Q.01Can you give me a price over the phone?
For house cleaning, the price is already on the booking form: £28 an hour weekly, £30 fortnightly, one-off and end of tenancy priced by the job. The fastest answer is the pricing page. For commercial cleaning, no. A contract is priced from a site visit, because anyone quoting a building they have not seen is guessing at your hours.
Q.02How do I cancel or move a clean?
Log in to your account, email hello@nowthencleaners.co.uk, or call 0114 212 7030. Cancellations are the one thing we happily take by phone. Give 72 hours' notice and there is no charge. Inside 72 hours the clean is charged in full, because the slot is a team's working day and cannot be refilled.
Q.03Do you cover my area?
House cleaning covers 36 Sheffield areas with no travel charge. Search your area here. Commercial cleaning runs across Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Greater Manchester, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire: 25 towns and cities.
Q.04Can I visit the office?
The registered office is at Cybor House on Tapton House Road, but it is an office, not a shop. There is no counter to walk up to. Email or phone first and we will arrange whatever you need, including a site visit at your building if it is a commercial enquiry.
Q.05Something wasn't right with my clean. What do I do?
Tell us within 48 hours of the clean. Email is best, with photos if you have them. We look at it the same way every time: put it right first, talk about money second. Every clean also gets a ratings email, and a low rating is read by a person.
Q.06I'm looking for cleaning work. Who do I speak to?
No one, to start with. The vacancies, pay and process are on the careers page and applications go through there. Every cleaner is directly employed, so it is a full recruitment process with two interview rounds and a practical trial.
