Arrange a Site Visit
Commercial enquiry · Site visit

Tell us about the building.

Commercial cleaning cannot be quoted off a rate card, so this is not a price calculator — it is the start of a conversation about your site. A few details below, then we come and stand in it.

The enquiry

Three minutes, and nothing you have to look up.

Rough answers are fine — square footage, current hours and the number of washrooms are the sort of thing we can measure ourselves at the visit. What helps most is knowing what kind of building it is and what is going wrong now.

Trouble with the form? Email hello@nowthencleaners.co.uk with the address of the building and we will pick it up from there.

Before you send it

What this does and does not commit you to.

Nothing, is the short answer

A site visit is a look round and a conversation. If the price is not right or the fit is wrong, that is a perfectly good outcome and we would rather find it out early than talk you into something.

No sales sequence

You will not be dropped into a follow-up campaign. If you tell us it is not for you, that is the end of it unless you get back in touch.

Your details stay here

What you send is used to respond to this enquiry and nothing else. It is not sold, shared or passed to a lead broker. See our privacy policy.

Already have a contractor?

Most people who enquire do. There is no gap between the last clean under your old contract and the first under ours — mobilisation is planned around your notice period.

If a form is not your thing

Three other ways to start.

All of them reach the same office and the same people. Nothing is lost by picking whichever is quickest for you.

Call the office

Monday to Friday. You will get somebody who can actually answer questions about hours, cover and compliance rather than take a message.

Send an email

The address of the building and roughly what you need is plenty to start with. We will come back with questions rather than a brochure.

Read first

Perfectly reasonable. The sector pages set out what a contract involves for buildings like yours, and what our hours would look like.

Cleaning at home rather than at work? House cleaning is priced online with no site visit and no call — see prices and book.

Before you enquire

Four quick ones.

Q.01What actually happens after I send this?

Somebody in the office reads it and gets in touch to arrange a site visit at a time that works around the building. There is no automated sequence and no chasing.

Q.02Do I have to have a site visit?

For a contract, effectively yes — and it is in your interest. The hours a building needs cannot be judged from a floor plan, and a price given without seeing it is a guess that gets corrected later as a variation.

For a one-off job like a builders clean or a deep clean, we can often quote from a description and photographs.

Q.03How long until I have a price?

The proposal follows the site visit rather than the enquiry, so the timing depends mostly on when we can get into the building. Tell us if you are working to a tender deadline or a contract end date and we will work back from it.

Q.04I have several sites. Do I fill this in more than once?

No — send it once and say how many buildings and roughly where. Multi-site contracts are specified and staffed per building but run on one agreement, one contact and one invoice, so it is one conversation.
