“Fantastic service, the cleaners cater their cleaning to your exact needs and are very thorough. Communication with the office is excellent and they are very responsive with any queries you have. Highly recommend!”

“I booked NowThen for a one off deep clean, and they did an amazing job. Everything looks spotless, better than I'd hoped. The two guys that came were really nice and friendly. I'll be using NowThen in future if I need any cleaning.”

“I've had great experiences with this cleaning company. The deep clean I scheduled was really well done, and the weekly cleaning has been equally thorough. Cleaners from this company have been friendly, helpful, and have done a really good job - absolutely recommend!”

“We needed help to clean a relatives kitchen and bathroom whilst she was in hospital. Logistically difficult as we lived 3 hours away. Faye helped us at relatively short notice and provided guidance and support and you could clearly tell she had the utmost confidence in her teams ability to deliver. Thank you Paulina for a job well done - the kitchen and bathroom look brand new . We would highly recommend Nowthencleaners as they “went the extra mile” Thank you again.”

“Very happy with NowThen Cleaners. Knowing that everything is insured gives me peace of mind and we are having the same crew of two lovely ladies coming round every time, which is important to us. Never had any reason for complaints with these two, so all the stars from us. Thanks!”

“I had an exceptional experience with NowThen Cleaners! The team arrived on time, and they were incredibly thorough in their work. My home has never looked so spotless and fresh. I highly recommend NowThen Cleaners for their professionalism and outstanding service!”

“Really helpful and efficient company. They managed to come and clean the next day after someone smoked in my property after an airbnb weekend. Its an expensive service but it was worth it. Would highly recommend them.”

“Absolutely brilliant service, really thorough clean. Very professional cleaners, felt very comfortable having them in my home. Definitely using again.”

“We've just bought a house and it needed a deep clean before we moved in - and wow, are we impressed. It was easy to see what was included with each level on the website, and simple to book and update. It had snowed really badly so we arranged key collection from a slightly different location on the day and communication was really good. The clean itself is fantastic - the oven and carpets were additional extras but really worth it. Everything looks great and it feels so much better, we can't wait to move in now!”

“Had our first regular cleaning session and the team were great. They were fast, professional and thorough, and were happy to work around my enthusiastic puppy. Very happy”

“We had our new house deep cleaned before we moved in. It had been stood empty for over 6 months and was in a really grotty state. Now then cleaners came in, called in extra manpower, and blitzed it so we could move straight in and make ourselves comfortable. The power wasn't working to the boiler and they did all of this with water boiled in the kettle! Very happy and grateful for the service received”

“Would highly recommend, best cleaner we've ever had. Cleaners do a thorough job, and they've been flexible if we've had to make late changes to cover. Communication is good with with a live schedule of cleaning dates and times.”

“I contacted Hugo and the team to conduct the room cleans at a 103 bed student accommodation. As we work to very strict deadlines with tenancy end dates and new tenancies beginning Hugo immediately ensured me that they would be able to complete the work in the time-frame mentioned - they did not disappoint. They acted in a professional manner from beginning to end, supervisors coming in after the cleans had taken place to ensure it was up to a standard they could be proud of - there was a speck of dirt missed by the end of it. NowThen offered us a very competitive price which we were happy to accept, but once you see the finished product it is worth every single penny. Cost-Effective, Professional Service, Approachable Staff and a Great End Result. What more could you ask for? Won't be thinking twice about using NowThen for our room cleans next summer and any other cleaning jobs we may have before then - would highly recommend to anyone but especially Student Accommodation buildings.”

“I needed a thorough clean of the whole house after having building work done which left dust over everything. NowThen fitted me in at pretty short notice. The 3 woman team turned up bang on time, got straight down to work and blitzed the place - an amazing job, I'm really happy with it.”

“Excellent communication. Very clear and easy to use booking process. My requests for priority areas to clean were complied with and the cleaner himself was friendly and thorough. I'm definitely getting NowThen Cleaners to come regularly.”

“I just want to say thank you to the 3 lovely cleaners who cleaned my flat today! I've been unwell and so while I've been able to keep the flat tidy, I've struggled to keep it spotlessly clean. I'm so happy with the results. It sounds ridiculous, but my mind actually feels at peace, because I know I don't need to worry about it. It really is appreciated.”

“As a student I was recently carrying out a project and contacted NowThen Cleaners to help me with my studies. They were kind enough to help me out and Hugo was very detailed with his responses. Lovely company who go above and beyond their standard responsibilities.”

“My wife booked a deep clean of our three bedroomed home. Tom arrived on time and when we arrived back in the afternoon, our house was spotlessly clean. Tom had cleaned everything to a super high standard. Thank you Tom and Now Then cleaners.”

“I have had now and then cleaners for several months now. I initially booked a one off clean and loved living in my beautifully cleaned house so much I decided to book 2.5 hours once a fortnight to keep on top on main rooms. The cleaners all seem to be well trained, bring own products and my house feels a lot cleaner than if I’d cleaned it myself. I would say the price is a little high but as I’ve had so many cheaper, not very good cleaners I think it’s worth it. Also any problems you can phone the office. I would fully recommend.”

“You will find cheaper cleaners on the internet than NowThen - but you won't find any better. If you want to use a reliable company you can trust with brilliant, thorough cleaners - look no further, It’s been two years since I used Now Then Cleaners and I just want to reiterate how happy I was with the service. I can honestly say my home had never been as clean as it was after they left and I don’t think it ever will be again. It was the floors that I was really impressed with. The shine they achieved was absolutely remarkable – almost blinding. It visits me at night sometimes. Thank you again for exceptional service. I hope you are all thriving”

“Would highly recommend. Really clear pricing structure on the website, so you can see upfront how much you will be charged and I can't fault the recent deep clean service that we received. We will definitely be using Now Then Cleaners again in the future.”

“Highly recommend! Absolutely amazing end of tenancy clean. Way better results than I was expecting. It was clear to see just how hard the team must have worked to deliver such a sparkling house. Thank you!”

“We used NowThen Cleaners for a deep clean. Fantastic service. Arrived on time, brought all equipment and supplies, were friendly, quick and great attention to detail. Well worth the money and I would highly recommend to anyone. Our house is sparkling.”

“We just had our first deep clean of the house. Everything was fantastic, Ana and Fran have done an excellent job in record time, the house looks brand new. Thank you so much, we will for sure book again.”

“Thank you for an excellent job; three very hard working cleaners got our house sorted, despite presence of a new puppy, mature dog and a lot of coming and going.”

“Had my first 'deep clean' yesterday and I can't rate the work highly enough. A lovely mother and daughter team worked tirelessly and efficiently and managed a top to tail clean of the whole house. Highly recommended.”

“NowThen conducted several end of tenancy cleans for my student properties in Sheffield. The head of the company, Hugo, is a breath of fresh air in business, he is desperate to get a job done in the very best way possible and a versatile intelligent answer is always given to any questions or changes to service that are requested. Hugo’s very high standards are reflected throughout his staff, the cleaners (Tom, Shane, Agnieszka, Agnieszka’s Sister, Edna, Erika) that tended to my properties were all very very good. Punctual (in fact routinely being there 20 mins before needed, to ensure the job started on time), polite, friendly, professional, and the standard of their work was exceptional. My standards are very high and I often find that the cleaning companies don’t hit the mark, this was not the case with NowThen, their final cleans in my properties were so good that I struggled to find one single miss. I think it's clear that I would highly recommend NowThen, a forward thinking cleaning company that will produce results through the hard work and dedication of all their staff members.”
